Okay I know this is LA 'DOG' store but this was absolutely perfect for my mom and her 'lovely' baby girl. Our cat. I personally don't like the thing since she's fat complains and cries. But she's my mother's princess and this said it all. The cat even likes it too. She loves jingling it and the ribbon is the perfect touch. Love this so much. Thank you thank you thank you!
