Shipping & Return policies:
1. We need her / his exact neck size, We do not accept returns for wrong fit or sizing issues.
2. Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your purchased item, if you have any problem with item. Unfortunately, We are not able to accept any return or exchange after this time frame,
3. If the buyer dose not send us his / her neck size after two days, we will send the items and we do not accept returns for wrong fit or sizing issues.
4. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, with any related accessories that were included.
5. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.
6.We should received the item before 10 days of return approval, and since all our items are handmade, we will deduct 20%.
