Custom Fit and Sizing

  1. Exact Measurements Required: To ensure the perfect fit for your pet's accessory, we require the exact neck size of your pet at the time of your order. Please note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that do not fit due to incorrect sizing provided by the customer.

Return and Exchange Conditions

  1. 24-Hour Problem Reporting Window: If there's any issue with your item upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours. We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges beyond this time frame.
  2. Measurement Submission Deadline: If we do not receive the required neck size within two days of your order, we will proceed to send the item based on the standard size selected. Under these circumstances, returns for sizing issues will not be accepted.
  3. Original Condition Requirement: For an item to be eligible for return or exchange, it must be returned in its original condition and packaging. This means the item must be unworn, unwashed, and include any related accessories that were included. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the denial of the return or exchange.

Shipping and Handling

  1. Shipping Charges: The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned or exchanged merchandise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Processing: Upon the approval of your return, items must be received within 10 days. Given the handmade nature of our products, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of materials and labor.
